Bihar School Examination BoardNotification: 10 August 2026

Last Updated:

The Bihar School Examination Board has released the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2026 notification. STET certifies candidates as eligible to teach at the secondary and senior-secondary level in Bihar — Paper 1 covers classes 9 and 10, Paper 2 covers classes 11 and 12, and a candidate may appear for either or both.

STET is an eligibility test, not a recruitment exam: it announces no vacancies. Qualifying it makes you eligible to apply for teacher recruitment conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission, which is where the actual posts are advertised.
