Delete Your EduJha Account

1. On the website

   Sign in and use the form on this page. Your account is deleted straight away.

2. In the EduJha app

   Open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm.

3. By email

   If you can't sign in, email edujhait@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number on it) with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply within 48 hours, check that the account is yours, and then delete it in exactly the same way.

• Deletion is permanent. We can't restore your account, test history or saved questions afterwards.
• Any active subscription ends immediately, and automatic renewal is cancelled with Razorpay, so you won't be charged again.
• Deleting your account doesn't refund anything by itself. If you're within the 7-day refund window, contact us before you delete.
• Afterwards, your email address and phone number are free to use again, so you can sign up for a new, empty account later.

Deleted permanently, as soon as you confirm:

• Your profileYour name, email address, phone number, password, profile picture link, saved preferences such as your exam category, and the tokens we use to send push notifications to your phone.
• Your sign-in methodsThe link between EduJha and your Google or GitHub account, any one-time passcodes we sent you, and every session. You are signed out on all devices.
• Your test historyEvery test attempt, the answers you chose, and your scores, results and topic breakdowns.
• Your saved questionsBookmarked questions and any notes you added to them.
• Your notificationsEverything in your EduJha notification inbox, and our record of which reminder emails we sent you.
• Your Firebase sign-in recordIf you verified your phone number or email with Firebase Authentication (a Google service we use for sign-in), we also ask Firebase to delete that record.

• Totals that never identified you, such as how many students answered a question correctly, may still count your past answers.
• Razorpay, our payment processor, keeps its own record of any payment you made, under its own legal obligations. Please contact Razorpay about those records.
• Our hosting and database providers keep system logs and automatic backups for a limited time. Any copy of your data in them is removed when they expire.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.
• Staff accounts (admins and content reviewers) can't be deleted from this page. Email us instead.
